Con Court ruled; Senate has to act
Con Court’s ruling. Basically, per a ruling from CC Justice Nick Schultz, Senate has to either vote to override or vote on an ACFC budget that Amelie will sign before midnight tonight. A meeting has not yet been scheduled.
