ASUO Senate agenda

Here’s the agenda for the Apr. 14 Senate meeting in the EMU Walnut Room. The most interesting part will certainly be the grilling some senators may give Robin Holmes over the Crisis Center. Also controversial may be the Coalition Against Environmental Racism’s request for more than $2,000 to attend an off-campus conference.

    There is a hearing coming up about UO developing a city owned parcel in the controversial RRP (the parcel is the grassy field just South from the urban farm). The ASUO should be examining the details of this. The hearing decision is subject to appeal. The hearing location may be moved to the city council chamber if the issue generates interest. I think this may get appealed if it is approved. The hearing is on July 28 in the Sloat Room at the Atrium building downtown at 5 pm.
