Question for any Emerald writer: There is planning and financing of a new UO nano lab underway. It never appears in the papers around here. In 2006 the legislature approved 19.25 million towards it. It is being sited at the southeast edge of the Riverfront Research Park. There is a consultant report describing the business plan for this “technology incubator”. Is there any good reason that the local papers should ignore this UO development ? I would be glad to provide more details about the building.
