That doesn’t mean he’s ruling himself out, either, if he isn’t comfortable with the pool of applicants. He said that he has a list of people he knows and wants to interview, but that concerns about the spread option background, past experience working with them, whether they are on the current UO staff or whether they are a current offensive coordinator or a quarterbacks coach won’t dictate his decision.
