This has been a long time coming and I am sorry, especially if you were expecting something grandiose. As it happened, the administration created a special account to deposit the Oregon Business Energy Tax Credit money in that can be used by the Senate.
I am going to be staying in Eugene over the winter break, and we’re not publishing, so I’ll post any news I get on the blog.
