From high above Reser Stadium’s west grandstand is the Oregon Daily Emerald sports desk. There’s 80 minutes to kickoff here, and the stadium is slowly, slowly filling. Mostly Oregon State students at this point are in the stadium.
What is going to happen today? Not really sure. Oregon is going to be wearing its all-whites while the Beavers are in the usual black pants, orange jerseys. Oregon State quarterback Lyle Moevao is wearing a sign on the back of his shirt that says ‘no fefe,’ which loosely translates to ‘no fear’ in Samoan.
Alright, sorry for this brief analysis but I’m going to head down to field level for a little pregame spectating.
