Just before the first serve here at McArthur Court. One note before the match starts, junior Sonja Newcombe is not playing because of a knee injury she sustained last Sunday at Washington State. On Tuesday she said they were going to take it one day at a time and see where the rehab took her, but obviously the coaching staff wanted to make sure she is fully healed before letting her back on the court.
