Gardener sues Frohnmayer
A gardener who claims she was hit by an unoccupied car that rolled down University president Dave Frohnmayer’s driveway while she was planting flowers is suing the the president and the owners of the car, the Register-Guard reported today.
Frohnmayer is accused of not telling the vehicle’s owners, his sister Mira Frohnmayer and Marcia Baldwin, to engage their parking brake, which the gardner, Loretta Jane Brubaker, said constituted negligence. She is demanding $61,000.
