Correction
In that last blog, I made the rather silly mistake of referring to Ted Niedermeyer as a former senator. I honestly cannot divine the source of that idea. Since, when one makes a mistake in the print edition of the ODE, one has to write a correction, I’m going to write one for this site. I take it just as seriously as an error in a print story.
Because of my error, an article on Friday’s At a Glance Blog (”‘I have been fighting for this all year,’” At a Glance Blog, Jan.30) gave the wrong title to Ted Niedermeyer. Niedermeyer is a former Oregon Commentator editor. I, Alex Tomchak Scott, regret the error.
